He also advises companies on innovation and technology.
Abelanito Oliveira
Resource Manager and founding partner of Pleni Gestão de Patrimônio Ltda., which manages approximately R$3.5 billion.
Executive with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Responsible for operations control and financial management at the institutions where he has worked.
Master's in Finance from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro's COPPEAD Graducate School of Business and in engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He rose to prominence in companies and banks such as Souza Cruz, Banco Bocom BBM, and CR2 Empreendimentos Imobiliários S/A.
Felipe Alves Costa
Co-founder and Executive Director of G2 Capital. MBA in Strategic Management. He has operated as a business administrator and angel investor in more than 15 startups.
He has participated in infrastructure, energy, and innovation concessions worth over R$ 7 billion. He is also a board member of several venture capital companies, accelerators, and investment groups.
